  21. The problem might be you are using the S3 video drivers supplied with NT 
  22. - they are pretty bad on the Diamond Stealth 64 card. I have a setup 
  23. almost exactly like yours, and until I installed the S3 drivers supplied 
  24. by Diamond, the screen had bad scan-lines. Go to the control panel then 
  25. display (I believe) and install the NT drivers supplied by Diamond. I 
  26. can't check exactly right now because my alleged upgrade to NT 3.51 has 
  27. resulted in me not being able to boot NT at all! And Microsoft's tech 
  28. support sucks for a $325 (+$90 upgrade) OS - unless I want to pay $2.95 a 
  29. minute! I wonder where Bill gets all his money...
